Announcements

Play Production - Charlie & The Chocolate Factory will perform Thursday & Friday at 7 pm and Saturday at 2 pm.  Admission is $4.

$65 Prom fees will be collected starting on Jan. 19th and will be reduced to $60 if paid on or before Jan. 29th. All fees are due no later than March 15th.   Prom T-Shirts are $15.  See Prom Moodle page for more info.

Graduation Ceremony Fee $40 is due by Friday, Feb. 26.

News
  • The girls basketball team beat St. Josephs in overtime 40-35. Kasiney Williams lead all scorers with 15 points.
  • The bowling team beat Scotlandville 20.5 to 6.5.

  • Ashley Brewster and Lyndon Pruyn from Mrs. Blanchard’s class, Shanikqua Johnson from Mrs. Moak’s class, and Mia Allen-Butler from Mrs. Southall’s class participated in the Creative Communication poetry contest.  These students’ poems were chosen among thousands to be published in an anthology entitled A Celebration of Poets.  Congratulations to these talented young poets!

  • Kirsten Fontenot placed 2nd in the district FFA Creed Speaking competition and Galen Kent placed 1st in prepared speaking.

*Score reports are normally mailed within 3-8 weeks after the test date.  If you take the ACT Plus Writing, your report will be mailed when all your scores, including Writing, are available, normally 5-8 weeks after the test date.
