The goals of JROTC are to instill in high school students ethical values, good citizenship, leadership potential, effective communication and logical thinking.  JROTC also strives to teach incentives to live drug-free, provide positive self-motivation and management opportunities.  The course also teaches a historial perspective of the military services, skills to work as a team member, and provides motivation to graduate from high school and pursue a successful career.
