2005-2006 Season Summary
|
The wrestling team placed 7th in the City Championship and also place 7th in the State Championships. Sophomore Michael Johnson and Junior Cade Felps were runners-up in their weight classes. At the state tournament, Cade won his third state championship in three years and will be trying for a 4-peat in his senior year. Also Senior Jesse Graves won his second straight state championship. Even though the team finished only 7th in the state, they are optimistic for the future with 18 of the team's 20 wrestlers returning.
